Experience

§   

July 2011 to 2015 Turner Industries Inc.

·   Successfully developed and maintained schedule for Axiall’s 2015 PHH Turnaround. This schedule consisted of more than 13,000 activities and in excess of 165,000 direct man-hours. I developed this very complex schedule on a very fast track over the course of an approximate five month period then successfully provided required maintenance, reporting and updates on the turnaround  

·   At Phillips 66 I proved to be an accomplished scheduler in multiple roles. My tenure was equally divided to provide schedules for Process unit turnarounds and construct engineering schedules for a team of mechanical and process engineers. These schedules generally provided a track for projects from conception to the IFC phase.

·   Project manager / Senior Estimator responsible to develop estimates and schedules for potential projects. Responsibility of oversight of development of workforce, for the execution of various projects. Provide reporting and cost tracking of same projects.

2008- 2009             Remedial Construction Services LP

· Senior Project Manager.  Responsible to estimate and develop schedules for multiple projects. After award my responsibility was to track progress and cost for the duration of the project. Additionally I was personally responsible to develop and issue monthly invoicing to clients.

Superintendent / Planner Scheduler/Project Manager

·   Planning/Procurement Manager. Responsible to provide estimates, plan & develop schedule and track cost for multidiscipline projects plant wide. Have oversight of all procurement and purchase requisitions for in house contract workforce. 

·   Area Superintendent Bark Boiler upgrade Temple Inland Orange, Texas

·   Planner/Scheduler m-line conversion project BASELL USA. Duties included                   

progress and cost tracking.

· CITGO: responsible to interface with field and project controls department to develop priorities for fabrication of approximately 5000 tons of structural steel. Then establish priorities with four separate fabricators in two countries. Position required weekly meetings and visits with fabricators to monitor progress and troubleshoot process

·   Contract Coordinator responsible to monitor progress and interface with subcontractor responsible to fabricate and install four large process heaters. Duties included coordinating and attending weekly meetings seeking resolution to various issues.

·   Maintenance Planner Scheduler. Client- CABOT Ville Platte La

·   Mechanical Superintendent responsible for multiple phases of projects in Louisiana and Tennessee. This included multiple major expansions and turnarounds at Williams Refinery in Memphis, TN.

·   Project list includes: Crude unit expansion and turnaround 1998, Crude Turnaround 2001 and Crude heater modernization 2001.

§    Field superintendent responsible for crews on various turnaround projects at numerous plant locations 

§        Rigging and Ironworker superintendent responsible for several projects involving major steel erection and setting of heavy process equipment. Possess knowledge and expertise in areas of large cranes, lift plans, steel erection and coordination between the two.

§    Conoco Refinery, Contract Planner Area B Spring Turnaround Team Responsible to identify and develop scope of work in various process units and prepare for P3 entry. Job required expertise in all disciplines including piping, towers and heat exchangers.

§        Client list includes Citgo, PPG, Vista, Conoco, Conoco Venco and Westlake Polymers.
